Production Lead Times

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Ordered-on-demand items: Require 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch. Different products can have slightly different lead times.

Delivery Lead Times

  • Ireland & UK: 2–3 working days after dispatch.

  • EU: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Shipping & Duties

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Any customs duties or additional charges, where applicable, will be billed separately.

  • The store is currently configured for EU and UK shipping only.


Tracking

  • Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

  • Each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ).

  • MOQs are clearly listed on each product page.

  • Orders must meet the MOQ to proceed to checkout.

Order Information & Important Notes

  • Address changes: Please ensure delivery details are correct at checkout, as we may not be able to amend addresses once an order has been placed.

  • Split shipments: Orders containing items with different lead times (in-stock and ordered-on-demand) may be shipped separately.

  • Pre-approved products: All products are pre-approved and produced as shown. No artwork changes or proofs are required per individual order.

  • Stock availability: Stock levels may change, and availability is subject to supplier stock at the time of ordering.

  • Store access: The merch store is available to authorised NETGEAR employees only.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Billing / Payments

Payment by Purchase Order (PO)

  • Shipping:
    Billed separately offline against your group shipping PO. Any customs duties or additional charges, where applicable, will be billed separately.

  • In-stock branded merch:
    Prepaid at checkout — no PO required.

  • Out-of-stock items:
    A PO is required. If you request items not currently in stock, Swag Hut will email you with a PO request to complete your order.
